On 23 June 2026, the 2nd Quarterly HR/Admin Meeting was held at the Royal Group Phnom Penh Special Economic Zone (RGPPSEZ). The meeting was attended by 60 participants representing various factories within the zone.

The meeting covered several important topics aimed at enhancing workplace compliance, safety, and labor relations. Mr. Hem Chamnan of RGPPSEZ delivered a presentation on environmental, health, and safety (EHS) updates within the zone, highlighting ongoing initiatives and key developments. Participants were also reminded of the 2026 self-inspection process and the procedures for submitting reports through the Self-Inspection Compliance Management System (SICMS) by Mr. Orn Bunna of RGPPSEZ. In addition, H.E. Pol Chandara from the Ministry of Labor and Vocational Training (MLVT) conducted a session on labor disputes and labor arbitration. The presentation provided valuable insights into dispute resolution mechanisms and arbitration procedures, helping employers better understand their roles and responsibilities in maintaining harmonious labor relations.

This quarterly meeting provided a valuable platform for participants to stay informed about current labor-related issues. It also encouraged collaboration and knowledge sharing among factory representatives, contributing to stronger HR and administrative practices within the zone.
