Sahas Supply Chain Support Co., Ltd., the subsidiary of Royal Group Phnom Penh SEZ Plc., developer of Royal Group Phnom Penh Special Economic Zone (RGPPSEZ), located on National Road 4, Kamriang Village, Kantouk Commune, Kambol District, Phnom Penh, Cambodia, is looking for applicants to fill the position of Customs Broker.

Job Requirement

• To support customers (manufacturing investors in RGPPSEZ) with various procedures including company registration at General Department of Customs and Excise of Cambodia (GDCE), application for necessary permits or licenses, especially customs clearance procedures at time of importation and exportation.
• To ensure the accurate preparation of documentation for Customs Declaration and Customs Clearance for customers in both online system (ASYCUDA) and manual offline procedures to avoid any possible delay.
• To work directly with Customs Officers in RGPPSEZ, GDCE, Airport, River Ports, Sea Ports, and Border Gates as instructed by management.
• To analyze and investigate any mistakes that have happened and resolve the issues in a timely manner by liaising with related Customs Officers or other necessary networks.
• To maintain and ensure thorough knowledge of updated and changing Customs procedures, practices, and the ASYCUDA system as well as related systems, and to share knowledge and experience with the team.
• To ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and policies to avoid unnecessary spending and maintain customers’ trust and satisfaction.
• To develop and maintain good relationships with team members, government officers (especially Customs Officers), customers, and other related parties.
• To help the team as needed and as assigned by the manager.

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Law, or related fields.
• Customs Broker card certified by the General Department of Customs and Excise.
• Good English speaking, reading, and writing ability.
• Good computer skills: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet, Email.
• 2–3 years’ relevant experience working with Customs clearance matters within transportation, logistics, or import/export industry.
• Ability to negotiate and deal with Customs officers, customers, and other parties.
• Friendly, flexible, honest, hard-working, and able to work under pressure.
• Ability to work independently and as a team with both own team and other teams in the company.
