Phnom Penh, May 22, 2026 – Royal Group Phnom Penh SEZ Plc. (“PPSP”) was honored to participate as a panelist in the panel discussion workshop on the guideline on “Sustainability Disclosure” under the topic “Sharing Experiences in Preparing Sustainability Reports”, the event was presided over by H.E. Sou Socheat, Delegate of the Royal Government in charge as Director General of the SERC. The workshop brought together senior leadership and officials from the SERC, representatives from the Cambodia Securities Exchange (CSX), and direct participants from all the listed companies.

Representing PPSP, Mr. Wong Pang Nam, Chief Financial Officer, joined the panel discussion to share the company’s experiences and challenges in preparing ESG reports and implementing sustainability practices. During the session, the panelists exchanged views on crucial topics, including ESG governance structures, cross-functional coordination, regulatory alignment, disclosure readiness, and the operational impacts of reporting. The discussion also highlighted lessons learned throughout the ESG reporting process, offering valuable insights and practical guidance for listed companies in the early stages of sustainability implementation in Cambodia.
